Brain Age 2 Available For Nintendo DS
Has your brain been in a daze lately? Maybe it is time for you to give it a mental workout. Nintendo has just released Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day exclusively for the Nintendo DS. The original Brain Age was a favorite among men, women, students and seniors worldwide as a way to stimulate mental activity and to sharpen the mind.
Brain Age 2 offers 15 new tests to freshen the original engaging activities.
“The point of the original Brain Age was to jolt users’ brains out of complacency by challenging them with a variety of fun activities,” says George Harrison, Nintendo of America’s senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. “Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes a Day expands the benefit and gives you mental tests you’ve never tried before.”
Brain Age 2 offers activities like winning at rock, paper, scissors; repeated subtraction of a small number from a larger one; quickly making change; unscrambling letters to form a word; and playing notes on a virtual piano keyboard, as well as 100 new Sudoku puzzles.
The first of the Brain Age series was a huge success, selling 8.61 million copies worldwide. The second release has already sold 5.33 million copies in Japan. U.S. consumers can pick up the new Brain Age for $19.99, and is available in a bundle with a new dual-toned Crimson/Onyx Nintendo DS Lite at $149.99.
