AT&T Inc. today announced that it has reached an agreement with EA and EA Mobile to bring exclusive Spore game content to AT&T wireless customers and to AT&T High Speed Internet customers.

Spore Origins: Designed specifically for mobile phones, Spore Origins is now available exclusively on AT&T mobile devices until September 4, 2008
Spore Giveaway Offer: Beginning with pre-orders today and running until September 20, 2008, AT&T will be offering a complimentary copy of the full downloadable PC versions of Spore to new AT&T High Speed Internet customers
Spore Creature Creator: Free PC download of the AT&T edition of the Spore Creature Creator Demo (the creature design tool) which includes exclusive content.
Spore hits North American stores September 7 for the PC and Mac along with Spore Creatures on Nintendo DS(TM). Spore Origins for the iPhone(TM) and additional mobile carriers will be available September 4, 2008.

Electronic Arts has released the PC system requirements for their upcoming title SPORE. It looks like if you have a moderately decent PC, you will be fine playing this game. It does however take up a massive 6GB of disk space.
2K Games announced today the that Sid Meier’s Civilization IV: Colonization™ is currently in development at 2K’s world-renowned Firaxis Games development studio.
“We’ve received many requests from fans over the years to bring back Colonization and now seemed to be the perfect time to do that,” said Sid Meier, director of creative development at Firaxis Games. “The Civilization IV engine provided a fantastic foundation for a new Colonization experience and allowed us to create something great for both new players and long time fans of the game.”
Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. announced today that the Playstation Home closed beta will be expanded to more registered users in Summer 2008. Unfortunately Sony also pushed back the Open Beta until Fall 2008, stating the need for more time to refine the service.
Today Rockstar Games announced the release date for Midnight Club: Los Angeles for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Midnight Club: LA Remix for the PSP also received a release date. Midnight Club: Los Angeles is set to release on September 9th in North America and September 12th in Europe. LA Remix will release September 9th.
