Electronic Arts has announced an update to their on-going EA SPORTS Craftsman Nascar Challenge. The event is scheduled to take place in 11 cities across the country, giving gamers the chance to win cash and prizes. The Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 on November 18, 2007.

Warner Bros. Interactive has confirmed to IGN.com that a Speed Racer video game will launch around the same time the movie will premiere. The Wii and DS version will be available in 2008 when the movie comes out, while the Playstation 2 version will be ported in time for the DVD release.

Electronics Arts has announced a new expansion pack for The Sims 2, set to launch early September 2007. The Bon Voyage expansion pack will bring players to exotic locations including a lush tropical island, a serene mountaintop, and the Far East. Some of the features listed on the official site include,
- Travel to Three Dream Destinations-Each location offers unique landscapes and local residents, such as the Fire Dancer and Ninja, for your Sims to meet and learn from. Try local cuisine and admire cultural landmarks as your Sims explore these new locales.
